My name is Carolann M. Trainor. As a clinical therapist, it is a gift to witness an individual or couple begin the healing process of their journey.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (003442) in Ontario and a Clinical Supervisor.

I specialize in working with individuals and couples, who are overwhelmed, struggling with life issues and old wounds in their daily life and their relationships.

My being able to see my scars, wounds and coming through them gives me the grace and desire to create a safe space for others.
